Brioche Adventures

Brioche has been taking the knitting world by storm. If you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to learn all the possibilities that brioche has to offer!

In this class we’ll explore color changes with syncopated brioche, brioche cables, shaping graphic brioche motives and even short rows!

The class also covers tips and tricks for combining brioche with other types of stitches and choosing yarn and colors for your projects.

Required knowledge: Knit and purl in brioche stitch

Included material: 100g of Alpaca Soft yarn, two colors (DK)

Required material: 3.5 mm to 4.5 mm double pointed needles or circular needles (with 16“/40 cm or 24“/60 cm cord), several stitch markers and one locking stitch marker.

Included yarns come in assorted colors and are provided by the sponsor. If you wish, you may bring your own yarns for the workshop.

We recommend you bring your regular knitting accessories and an assortment of needles, in case you need to adjust gauge during the class.
